USPA Properties Inc. headquarter is in New York. It is the holding company of the U.S. Polo Assn. brand, whose items are available in department stores, in multi-brand stores and in many one-brand stores in more than 130 countries all over the world.
U.S. Polo Assn. is the official brand of the United States Polo Association, the only non-profit-making for the Polo sport that officially represents every clubs and players in the United States since 1890. USPA Properties Inc., the subsidiary completely managed by the United States Polo Association, organizes and upholds the association brand all over the world.
USPA Properties manages licensees in America, Asia, Europe, Russia and Middle-East to offer to its customers U. S. Polo Assn. clothing, accessories, travel items, watches and shoes. Profits which are resulted from the U.S. Polo brand sale are invested in supporting the Association and its projects.
At the end of 2007 USPA Properties Inc. signed an agreement with Incom, entrusting the Tuscan Company the production and the distribution of the U.S. Polo Assn. brand in Europe.
The first European collection designed and manufactured ad hoc for the old-country by Incom, was presented at the 73rd Pitti Immagine Uomo, in January 2008.
Since when the brand was launched on the European market, Incom’s aim was completing the clothing range of U.S. Polo Assn. brand. Coherently with this aim, Incom added to men’s line, firstly children’s collection, then women’s collection and finally introduced baby’s collection and underwear and beachwear lines.
The last born in U.S. Polo Assn. is the Denim Co. line. With this, the brand reveals its own idea of jeans.
